Samsung S20 Volume when connected to Bluetooth device

When connecting to Bluetooth speaker volume is very low, tried other phones with speaker and have no issues with speaker.

Media Limit is off as is Absolute Volume. 

Searching online I've found that it's a common problem but I can't find a fix. Any tips would be great

Same issue, my solution was restart. After restart the problem disappeared.
