Samsung s10e YouTube shared videos playing with lines

When sharing YouTube videos on whatsapp and Facebook messenger videos play with horizontal lines. I tried clear cache on those apps, even did a factory reset but the problem persist. Videos played on YouTube app are fine. Does anybody has fixed this problem?

Whatsapp has already updated & fixed this issue on most devices.
