My phone keeps switching off and on for no reason. The phone and apps are up to date.

Have u tried clear cache partition

Turn phone off
Press volume up and power at same time

Release both buttons when samsung appears
Use volume down to navigate select clear cache partition


Press power key as enter


Once done

Reboot phone using volume down when there option

have you tried switching off restart when needed in settings? or some of the things Sara suggested above?

I have exactly the same issue after the june update, July one helped it but still there. Its a part of samsungs planned obsolescence. I'm trying to figure out a way to take legal action against them, it's happened on a few phone of mine, just after the 2 year warranty is out coincidentally! I'm looking into the legal side as we speak and I think it's about time, as many of us get together as possible and take action. This is my last samsung product ever.

On mine I did a factory reset and changed battery but to no avail. Nothing will help this matter trust me

I bought two s23 ultras both phone got same problem (random restart) after may update tried safe mode,factory reset also reinstalling firmware nothing helped.now sent back to Samsung center.hope they could fix or replace for new
