i'm using samsung galaxy s21 ultra.the problem that i encounter is unstable internet connection (mobile data) despite the signal bar are full n showing the 4g icon. I have tried two different telco service provider here in Malaysia (digi n u mobile) and the problem are the same. Unstable connection despite the signal bar on my s21 ultra are full n showing the 4g icon. My wife are using Oppo Reno series phone and using the same telco service provider as i do but she's not encounter a problem like my phone did n what shocking is my samsung galaxy s21 ultra is triple the price tags of her phone. My system are all up to date, already try multiple possible solution like resetting the network setting on both sim, restart the phone, changing the sim, turn on n off the flight mode, changing the network mode on both sim but still this annoying problem is fixing itself for a minute or two then its coming back. Samsung u better release an update to fix this problematic phone ASAP. This is a new model smartphone from your company but its already showing so many problem. Come on lh Samsung.

I really dont hope the S21 series will end up on the shelf so soon, remember Sammy promised 3 major Android updates
We already got the first one One UI 3 -> 4 (Android 11 - 12) - should be good for at least 2 more years...

Also the same issue. I have disconnections all the time although there is signal. Seems like a hardware issue. Too bad experience until now with S21 Ultra.

Hi I'm from Malaysia also. Ya I jst purchased S21 ultra during end of January and I experienced the same issue as well. My Telco service provider is Celcom (which widely known as 1 of the best provider in Malaysia) and yet the problem still occur the network will stuck at 2 bars suddenly and I can't even send or receive msg even though the 4g+ symbol is there. I need to turn on and off my data so many times only able to solve this. My friends also using Celcom with other phone and we are in the same house tht time, only me is experiencing this issue while he doesn't so I confirm it's not network provider issue

So I have found a potential solution to this problem. Go to Settings >> Connections >> Mobile Networks >> Toggle off VoLTE calls.
I tried it and my internet has been working fine for 2 days now.

Same i live in Malaysia too it just come down to Malaysia ****** line coverage and Samsung inability to let it user just set data connections only to 4g lte because i notice when i lose connection the 4g icon keep switching back and forth between 4g and 4g+ since it probably think other band is better but in reality all the available band are just too congested anyway so better just stay on 1 band but samsung is just too smart for their own good i guess. You can try restricting data and battery on all your app manually, i find this help a bit.
