Hello

After I fell off my bike and I pressed the phone a black spot appeared on the screen.

The screen is not broken. The screen is sensitive and reacts even in the black spot.

When I "print screen" the stain does not appear

What can I do ?

Thanks for helpgalaxi S10 plus.jpg

The only thing you ca do to fix it is replacing the screen.

In most cases the dot won't grow, so if you dont find it anoying you can leave it. If it does start to grow then make a good backup and ýou do have to replace the screen.

Phones have a finite life and it seems that your damage to the screen means it might be time for an upgrade.

The S10 is at least 4 years old and I would expect a repair would not be worth the costs. But you can try to take it to a service centre and get the screen replaced.

Personally I would put the repair money towards a new phone. You might find that you can get a fairly good trade in with samsung... sometimes they offer a higher trade value even for broken phones.

Or you can tolerate the damage you have and use the phone as it is.

Good luck
