Samsung absolutely sucks. Just reset my password because my tv all of a sudden was 8 hours off even though I had my time zone registered. I had to do a total reset and now I can't log in to Samsung at all! Will NEVER buy another Samsung product.

Have you tried any troubleshooting steps to combat the issue you're experiencing, or have you gotten in touch with our Remote Management Team at all?
