Hi Samsung Community!
I recently updated my software through a prompt in my Samsung S9+. After successfully downloading it , a restart of the phone was needed. So i did. After start up it asked for my pin (regular flow after restart ), I entered my pin like always and it didn't recognize it. I've been trying a lot to the point it shows a message that 7 tries left before factory reset.
I dont want to factory reset my phone. Please help me.
