How do I get Ebay app on my new to me , Samsung Galaxy S8?, please many thanks in advance.

Please go to the Google Play Store app on your device, search for Ebay then download it

I'm assuming S8 Tab here. If S8 phone see comment below from @Iminvti 🙏

I believe eBay app requires android 10 or later, your device is no longer supported unfortunately, and last update was android 9. I would look to alternatives to upgrade if your budget allows it.

Is the eBay app available in your Playstore to download 🤔 

If not then you may have to resort to accessing eBay via logging in via your Browser Url Bar.

Hi @Brain-Surgen I actually think a number of Apps will not be supported on The Galaxy S8 due to compatibility issues.   The device was released in 2017 and as mentioned last update was Android 9 (also known as Pie)   As a matter of interest where did you purchase the Device?

I had a S8+ but I don't think the Ebay app is compatible with the android running on that time. It was one of the best of it's time. Only bricked it after it fell on the road when getting out my car and finally give up a few months later.

If its not supported like other users suggest. Go google/ samsung Internet on the web- find add to home screen. Not exactly the same but a nice shortcut

Hi James. I purchased it off Ebay, And I use Ebay a lot. So I'm rather disappointed in Samsung not supporting the s8. I'm not getting a newer one. I chose the S8 because it has QI charging.

Oh right your choice, it is a bit outdated though and will not receive security updates.
