So i got my S21 Ultra delivered on Friday and got everything set up however since then i've noticed it's been really slow loading things on my wifi - it's been normal when using mobile data. (i checked on my previous S10+ and it was all okay.) I then did a speedtest and got normal results - around 110mbps download speed but it's still the same slow speed when browsing or using social media such as Instagram for example it takes quite a long time to refresh & load stories. One other thing that has been constant is i keep getting this error pop up on my wifi settings saying Wifi "connected but without internet". I've attached a screenshot aswell. Is anyone else experiencing this problem or know any troubleshoots that can maybe fix this?

oh no! Resetting network settings fixed it instantly for me. Have you tried any of the other stuff mentioned above...Maybe one of them might work?

Fixed it! Bit more complicated for me - I tried what another post had suggested and changed the WiFi freq channels my router was using. Hasn't dropped out since so I think it's sorted!

Hello. I got a S21 also. I get packet loss and disconnects on Amoung Us on 5GHz networks.

But trying out PingTools and FloodPing does not reveal any packet loss to the router.

I have tried from two other routers, same issue.

Same issue. Resetting network does not fix. Flipping the wifi off then on instantly fixes it for a while then it comes back.

hi, how did you fix this as I'm having issues with my WiFi dropping in and out?

I fixed my issue by changing the WiFi channel on my router. I think there is an issue with the s21 as this shouldn't be a problem, but manually setting my channel to one with lower interference worked for me (here is a guide on how to do it https://www.hellotech.com/guide/for/how-to-change-wifi-channel-on-router)

To find the channels with the lowest inference, I used an app called 'Wifi analyser'.

Before you do this though, I'd recommend resetting your network settings on your s21 as mentioned above (it's buried in settings so just search for it)
