S21 ultra update Notification sound

Since updating to android 14 Notification sound and System sounds are not audible. 

Both System and Notification sounds are on and turned to max. Anyone having the same issue?

They say maybe a factory reset but not sure I know how much Info I would loose doing that. Have you tried it?

Yes. Used samsung switch via laptop. Did a factory reset and no difference. It has to be a software issue.

My phone notification sounds are STILL not working its been weeks!!! Has anyone found a solution yet? Are you all still having the issue as me?

I was hoping the new update yesterday would fix the "no" notification sounds.  Anyone find a fix yet?

I'm still facing this issue till this day and I hate it , guys what do you recommend is there any solution for this ?
