S21U feature request: Start using hybrid zoom (crop from full 108 MP resolution) instead of zooming from 12 MP images

S21U: crop from 108MP (L) versus 2x zoom from 12MP (R)

it would be better for image quality in zoom range from 1.1 to 2.9x.

Options
The 3x and 10x are optical zoom.
So will benefit in certain circumstances.
Pros and Cons for both depending what is being shot.
