I received this phone a week ago and it over heats when I use it for a while. It over heats so much that I cannot even hold it in my hands. This is a ***** phone.
The customer service of Samsung is totally bad too. They didn't send me the case along with the phone and no one is even replying.

Yes I used smart switch.
Also the battery gets used up so quickly. Didn't even last half the day . My older s9+ used to last longer with silimar use. I have not changed any user habits since I upgraded to this phone. To me it now seems like a downgrade

It even gets hot when it's in my pocket. This is useless and customer service from Samsung is *****. I ordered both phone and case. Only received the phone, no news about case even when I sent multiple emails to their order support team.

Oh this is really bad and I am experiencing the same. This phone is not what I expected. I paid a huge amount of money to Samsung for what? They are just bad

Just to clarify, that video is featuring the Samsung Galaxy S21 5G, SM-G991U1 (USA unlocked), country minority variant for the U.S.A. using the Snapdragon CPU. Is that the device you have?
