S21 Ultra during calls

Anyone else getting vibration alerts during calls when placing phone to ear? I can't figure out what I'm doing wrong, don't notice it during every call but it's like I'm typing with the side of my face or something, though nothing ever shows on the screen?

This thing is really annoying. I tried most of the suggestions, but nothing worked. I want to do a factory reset, but then again I am scared the phone will start again to reboot by itself. I am not that happy with this phone.

I think I figured out what was wrong. There is a long grey line on the very edge of the screen which gives you shortcuts to your contacts, recently used apps and the smart selects. Move it further down your screen (press and hold it then drag it down), your face is touching it while on a phone call causing the vibration

Same thing is happening to me on my Ultra 21 and I'm scouring the internet to find a solution. I'll check back if I find anything.
