Try a network reset on the phone found in your General Management section under reset @w1lls
Especially if your sim works fine in other phone's.
Can you try another networks sim card in your phone and then see what happens.
There js also a diagnostic tool found in your Samsung Members App.
Occasionally a factory reset after a back up can help however a Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone.
