S21 Ultra 5G Android 14 - S-View Flip Cover option missing

i had a Spigen cover before, when i got the phone, but wanted the S-View window in flip cover.
and it seems the option changed or deleted

settings>accessory - nothing there

tried 3 different S View cases, but it dont give an option

You used to have to download the app when you first put the cover on and agree to the terms and conditions, I did when I first got one for my S22ultra.
