S21-fe and boosts

Hi all new poster been a member for years but I just got the s21-fe as an upgrade I'm trying to get the boosts available but keep getting sorry nothing available please try later I've tried all the bits that I've found as disabling add blocker and refreshing the page I'm logged in to my account as well but still nothing I've contacted support went through the chat with a person all they said was they will look into it I'm at a loss as to what I can do next?????? Any takers

Hi there. I've got a S21FE 5G & have the same problem trying to get Disney +. I posted on here on 19/2/22,as I have raised the issue with Samsung & also their Twitter team have escalated the issue. I've not received a response so far. There are many other people with the same issue. I've tried everything suggested on other posts & it doesn't work. On 20/2/22 I received an email asking me to boost my S215G. I don't have that phone but have an S21 FE 5G, so there's definitely some issue on Samsung's part?

Thanks all for ur replies I've had emails asking me to boost I've tried all ways including the dedicated boost app , but still keep getting no offers available at this time try again later in red under the claim button , will wait and see if samsung gets their act together the boosts will be out of date shortly I think they should compensate everyone that can claim but is not working
