S21 black screen help

• My Samsung S21 is usually very impressive until today. While texting my screen went black. Yes it’s still on as it vibes and rings. I’ve tried the soft reset with the power and volume down button several times. Still black.. Please help

Dis you get yours to work? I'm looking at upgrading to a Pixel.

The only one would be trying be trying to get the battery out, but that would require lots of work. I've had the same issue, but all the methods I've tried have had no luck with them so I literally had to buy a new phone.

Today l face same challenge my Samsung s21 utral unexpected got off the screen but it is still online can't display things lm so worried bcz l love the phone

I know I'm a little late to this discussion but I was able to fix my screen on my S21 Ultra. I downloaded the Samsung Smart Switch on to my PC to backup my phone. After it downloaded and I connected my phone with a USB cable, the screen on my phone was back to normal.

This is a black screen using the camera function, not the entire phone. It might apply.

Soon after I bought my S21 Ultra the camera screen went black. The shutter sound still clicked but no preview and only a black screen.  All photos were black. AT&T was no help, Samsung offered no information. Their fix was for me to send the phone to them in exchange for a new one with no idea of how long that would take. After some searching and trying various reboots, restarts, resets, etc.  Someone suggested that it was a glitch caused by interactions of different Apps. I deleted all the after market apps and restarted the phone. The camera screen started working again. I added apps one at a time and test the camera and other functions.
