S20 ultra problems

My  Samsung  s20 ultra  has problems answering and recieving  calls.  many  calls are dropped.  i  have to answer on  speaker phone  then on earpiece to be able to  talk . 

answer  button is not  visible  i  have to  swipe down to notifications to answer  any  calls 

also  vampire drain of battery   and it is empty with no warning, i  have all  latest  updates  still problems.

Pmease try the following generic troubleshooting guides.

> Update all apps in the Playstore and Galaxy Store.

> Check for any available software update in Settings > Updates and or via Samsung Smartswitch. 

> https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-do-i-clear-the-cache-on-my-device/ You may need to hook up to a Computer or insert your earphones to enter into recovery mode. 

> https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-start-my-galaxy-device-in-safe-mode/ will help to highlight if an app or theme etc is potentially causing issues. 

> Back up and factory reset.

> Let a Samsung Service Centre take a look at the phone.
