Per the site from Sprint regarding the Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G - Samsung Galaxy S20 Ultra 5G Software Update | Verizon Support

 

I have downloaded and installed this and per this it should be on the Android™ Security Patch Level: July 2025, but when I go into the settings on my phone and look at the software information it is only showing that I have the March 1st security patch installed. This is preventing me from using my work email on my phone.  Is there any way that I can get this to display the correct version of the Android Security Patch?

The s20 ultra has lost software support. March 1st was the last update it got.

Some specific verison devices got a July update though. So your phone probably isn't the specific model that got the extra update
