S10 internal storage "Other " is high. Need help deleting it!

I have watched all the YouTube videos and still can not figure out how to delete it. I have all pictures and video going to SD Card.  I have deleted the trash and it still does not delete anything from the Internal Storage.  ans assistance is greatly apricated!   Thank you

Have a look at 1 Tap Cleaner app. I use it every few days to clear out the cache from apps. Clearing the cache won't affect the apps and will free up a fair amount of space.
Another to look at is CS File explorer. If you use WhatsApp then you'll probably have numerous daily backups on your device that soon mount up.

Do you have WhatsApp installed, @M Coffey? Some pictures and videos may be duplicated in there too.

I have an S10 as well and I'm out 37gb. As space is now critical I've been looking into this for a week. Conclusion it's something to do with the recycle bin not giving you your space back. You can clear your cache with 1 tap cleaner etcetera but if like me half the phones storage is in other that's not going to help get back more than a few gb. Samsung won't let you poke around in other because they feel you will delete something you need. Looks like factory reset is the way forward, unless these are recent deletions where its possible your phone may hold them for 30 days like the bin before giving the space back. Good luck
