Recently in May, my Galaxy S22 has failed to have reception, service or connection, only allowing emergency calls in certain areas that it used to have service in. I went to AT & T and according to the manager, this has been a recurring issue with this particular model of phone and it has been increasingly annoying to be without any type of communication via texts, phone calls or emails. It hinders my job as a safety manager as sometimes when radios are not working, we use our phones to stay connected and understanding the situation going on around us. I can not do that, which is a safety risk to my crew and others. Has there been an error in the code of updates recently or a recall that wasn't fully made public that would help me out? Please let me know.
