8GB of RAM is a lot, but don't expect it to keep up with the likes of the Note series with 12GB.
Once it gets full it will automatically close apps to keep space, not to mention app sleep settings can shut the apps down if they've been idling in the background too long.

If the RAM was always full keeping your games in the background then you'd be complaining about poor battery life. There is a balance, and better battery life is more important to consumers than keeping lots of games running in the background.

You need to specify legitimate, measurable symptoms, treated as individual variables, rather than chopping it all up to poor RAM management. Tell me how much RAM your using, what apps are running in the background, how long they've been running, how much RAM each one is consuming, what your idle RAM usage is...
If you tell someone the issue is poor RAM management, noone can help you. RAM management is part of the OS, it doesn't glitch out.
