My samsung s9 randomly use so much Ram

please someone help me with this issue

my galaxy s9 using so much ram it use 3/4 and its so laggy i can't even do anything with it, i cant even move or open an app, well it can but it taking soo long so i had to restart it, but this issue its still exist even i restart the phone so i gotta factory reset it but after a while the issue came back after a few days i already factory reset it about 5 times and its still appear, i don't know what the real reason of it.

i only use my phone for basic task i dont play game or anything

There isn't much you can do about it, I'm afraid. Since it doesn't get anymore software updates. It's remains on android 10 and google no longer supports it. Your best hope is to upgrade to the latest model. The A55 is a solid option. Or if you can, the S24 series supports up to 7 yrs of os and security updates

The Galaxy s9 was released in 2018, and it's no longer supported device, and the specifications of the phone is to little nowadays to handle all the apps and so on.
All new devices nowadays comes with 8-12gb of ram better processors etc.
