One UI 7 for S21?

Nor available (yet) for S21. Currently only the latest S24. Not all phone versions are offered Beta.

It is likely that the S21 will need to await the mass rollout of OneUI7 during early 2025.

You should also be aware that the S21 were sold with 4 years of android updates. ANDROID 15 / ONE UI7 will be the last scheduled operating system for this phone model. Therefore next year in 2026 will not be eligible for android 16. You might want to bear this in mind during the next year.

I see you are new here. Welcome.

Not everyone is invited and there are some restrictions, like whether the phone is unlocked variant and where it was bought from... carrier or Samsung directly. Also only a certain number of invites are available.

But after this I will get an apple products at least they won't do this to their customers.

Do what to their customers ? Allow an open beta testing phase with their latest products ? It is quite clear that Samsung cannot open up a full beta on ALL their portfolio of products.

Additionally with phones that are NOT 'vanilla' software and unlocked / bought directly, then the carrier will modify the software with their own variant. So they cannot include ALL phones that are not a vanilla software.

Remember that the S21 phones are getting on four or more years old. The priority for testing will be to get feedback from their later devices.

For info, the apple beta software programme is VERY SELECTIVE.

If Beta is not offered for a particular handset then don't worry. In a month or two time it will get a oneUI7 release with the masses... assuming that the phone is within the time of software support.

Couldn't have put it better myself.

Goodness people do get upset at the smallest things. Here are Samsung, actively working on rolling out a stable One UI7 upgrade and people have been complaining for ages that it wasn't out. Now it is here, a new set of complaints.

Rolling out a new operating system @Wicky85 is not a quick task, especially with an open source software that then has additional skins over the top. Then you have the carrier devices that have further changes for their devices.

One UI7 will be with your device likely Q1 2025 although it probably won't get all the AI stuff due to the device age and technology inside it.
