Hi guys,
I have a really weird problem.
Since last week, shortly after I updated my phone, I have had complaints from people I call to, that they hear themselves talking to me, an echo of them voice.
I have the phone from February and before that I did not have such a problem until last week.
I shook myself in various forums, but I do not find a similar problem and its solution. Please help, because it is terribly annoying. As a primary solution, I have reduced my microphone to a minimum and so the echo is very weak and almost invisible, but from the other side do not hear me very well.

You may want to submit an error report in the Samsung Members app.

When it's a hardware problem, we need to replace one of the ICs.

I fixed mine. I tossed it into Lake Michigan!

Galaxy S21 Ultra.  Had it under a year.
Lately, maybe since March, I get complaints from those on the other end of a voice call (mobile, WhatsApp, Skype) that they can hear their voice and can't concentrate to continue the call, but only if I am on any type of earpiece, either the wired one (3.5mm  into a C-type adaptor) or bluetooth (Plantronics Voyager or Tozo earbuds). With or without Wifi, makes no difference.  In years past, sometimes Wifi Calling was the culprit but not this time round.  Not a problem in the car when connected to the VAG integrated handsfree system.
This is going to be a big problem as I'm starting my own business and this is my phone for that purpose, and I have a shoulder problem so I need handsfree.

I have the same phone and same problem. Problem occurs since update. Temporary solution is to disable wifi calling.

I guest until a new update will fix it. Try disable Wifi calling when you talk on the phone.

If you restart in safe mode, do you have to do that every time? Won't that affect other apps?

Safe mode is garbage fix that only works sometimes and for short term.  Verizon has been trying to help also and I'm done.  Furious actually.  Updated network and that worked for a few days then right back to *****.

The echo happens when I place the caller on speaker phone. They hear themselves echoing; I do not.
