Hi guys,
I have a really weird problem.
Since last week, shortly after I updated my phone, I have had complaints from people I call to, that they hear themselves talking to me, an echo of them voice.
I have the phone from February and before that I did not have such a problem until last week.
I shook myself in various forums, but I do not find a similar problem and its solution. Please help, because it is terribly annoying. As a primary solution, I have reduced my microphone to a minimum and so the echo is very weak and almost invisible, but from the other side do not hear me very well.

I also have the same problem. I would also love to hear from samsung? Why will they not fix this after so long? Is this not their forum site that is supposed to be modetated? I am very pro samsung but becoming very disappointed here. I may also have to change my opinoin if they dont fix this soon.

I agree! Why have they not responded here?

Yes - it's been waay too long for a response, of any kind, especially since this problem covers at least 3 models: S20, S21, and S22.

We need a class action lawsuit against Samsung. Anyone with this issue deserves a refund. I have clients that don't like calling me because of the echo and I'm not being sarcastic. I'm locked into a contract with ATT and Samsung wants me to hand my phone over for WEEKS to be repaired but as we all already know this isn't a hardware issue but something with their software and the WiFi calling feature. Unfortunately, there's probably others like me that rely on WiFi calling because they live in poor service areas so you're either giving callers an echo or you can't talk period.

I fully agree. Sign me up! There's no telling how much business is lost due to the inability to speak clearly using this terrible device. I'm so disenchanted with Samsung. I've gone from being their number one fan to hating them. And, still no response from any Samsung representative after many weeks of posts.

Just to let you know that Samsung has the capability to respond to problems - when it so chooses...
A problem with Samsung's email app occured during an update in July. Basically, what happened was the "Show Images" button that shows up when you open an email with images, had disappeared. There is a buried switch that turns this function on all the time - but the default is that this switch is turned off, and for good reason.
Notwithstanding, there was an update today (Aug 11), Update #22, through Verizon, for Samsung S20, 21, & 22. And the problem was fixed. Here's the link: Solved: Can't show images in email? - Page 4 - Samsung Community - 2324798 Go to the bottom of the page to see a reply from a Samsung Moderator disucssing the problem and that is has been fixed in an upcoming update. All this in barely a month's time.
What is the problem with getting our Echo Problem repaired? This has been going on for about 2+ years now, and not a single word from Samsung regarding same.

Briando....it doesn't have any effect when the Accessibility Settings are already turned off to begin with. This "fix" was listed somewhere earlier in this thread.
