Slow Charging and Struggling to do cache partition

Hi good day i hope someone has a solution for me about the problem i have with my S21 ultra after update to One Ui 7 phone just started slow charging and can't do a cache partition to see if it will fix the problem

Slow charging on a Samsung phone, coupled with an inability to clear the cache, suggests a deeper issue possibly related to the charging port, software, or hardware. It's recommended to first try cleaning the charging port with a soft brush or compressed air, and testing with a different charger and cable. If the problem persists, clearing the cache partition through the recovery menu (if accessible) and checking for software updates can help. If all else fails, a factory reset may be necessary, but ensure you back up your data beforehand.

Turn off the device.
• Connect the phone to a computer
. Press and hold the Volume Up key and the Power key.
• When the Android logo appears, release keys.
• Use the Volume Down button to highlight Wipe cache partition.
• Press the Power button to select Wipe cache partition. • Use Volume Down to highlight Yes.
• Press the Power button to confirm the action.
