I am having the same issue - i turned off all notifications, tried safe mode, it just keeps vibrating!

I just turned off the Chome app's option to sync data across devices and it seems to have stopped, at least temporarily - see if that helps - i will be curious to see if that works. Chrome>settings>sync

Turning off NFC means can't use phone to pay, that's just too inconvenient. You would think Samsung would have offered a response by now.

Did nothing on mine, its still vibrating like an extra in a tasteless movie.....

Investigated a little more and turned down the intensity for system notification vibrations and this is now stopped. It seems we are being buzzed by the software.
SAMSUNG!!!! ARE YOU THERE???? PLEASE FIX IT!!!!
