@mikeoxard: Is this happening with all contacts, in all locations? Does the issue occur with inbound calls? As a basic troubleshooting approach, please try heading to Settings > Apps > Phone > Force stop > Storage > Clear cache, then restart your device to see if this helps. If possible, please try your SIM in another compatible device to determine if the problem lies with the phone, or your network/SIM.

Hi @mikeoxard
Your Network should have a mast checker that you can input your postcode to be able to check local and surrounding cells.
Also in Settings and Connections choose a different network and then rechoose yours to refresh the mast Connections.
Also in Settings and General Management and Reset you can reset your Network Settings.
