Persistent “Phone is starting” issue for Samsung S20 FE

Today, after downloading software update, my phone Samsung S20 FE got this “Phone is starting” loop. After a day of researching for solutions, the problem still persists. Below are the measures I have already done:

1. Multiple reboots

2. Uninstalled apps updates

3. Wiped partition caches

Despite these, after restarting my phone, the problem still persist. Would you be so kind to help me with the issue. I appreciate your assistance.
