Ongoing S10 Problem. Can anyone plz help?

Any time I'm handling the phone I get the "Complete Action Using" popup (see pic). If I select an app to use, the phone either reads out the time (every minute), or says "there has been a problem". This interrupts anything I'm doing by killing the audio. Anyone have any thoughts or ideas on this?
I've tried a factory reset but no help:-( It's driving me crazy!

You have a choice there to use Bixby Voice or the Google icon, have tried doing that

But I have no idea what's causing the message to fire in the first place. Could there be a faulty sensor of some sort?

Try and look for any unusual activity in setting>apps
