One ui 5.0 beta

I have just downloaded the one ui 5.0 beta on my unlocked s21, and I must say I wasn't expecting it to be this stable for the first beta. All my apps seems to work fine no errors, camera works and all other apps work. Making and receiving calls everything is ok there to. My only problem is the new calander icon it just doesn't look right hopefully samsung can change it or to a similar icon to the 1 it was. But so far so gd kudos to samsung 👏

With software updates there sent out in waves and batches not to overload the servers if i were u i wouldn't of enrolled then unenrolled because if there is a queue system then u might of put yourselves to the back of it but I'm not an software engineer hopefully a moderator can answer that for u and hopefully u get it soon 👍

No the s21 , s21+ and the s21 ultra will receive it if there device is unlocked. See when u go to settings and about then software information and the service provider software information what does it say there on your device ?

I bought this phone second hand only had 1 week. I was told it was unlocked but now not so sure! It may be locked to Vodafone!!

It's got Vodafone UK firmware on it that's why u aren't seeing the banner it needs no be BTU,BTU,BTU/OXM/BTU

Is there anyway to change this? Funny enough my EE sim Card worked straight away when I inserted it with no problems!

Will I have to pay for it to be unlocked online, even though it is working with my EE sim card?

Can I update it with the BTU firmware for my s21 Ultra model from Sammobile? Would that unlock it and be recognised?

Can anyone confirm that they are using the beta software on an S21+?
It is eligible, hence being able to enrol, but having still not been able to update yet, I'm wondering if it's currenty only on the download stream for the S21..

The person or where u have bought it from has probably unlocked it to work with another network simcard that's why it's been sold unlocked. There's only option is flashing btu firmware onto it and then u would be able to join the beta programme.
