Hi I have an s20 ultra that is not getting any signal my sim works in another phone is there anyone that can help please

Hi @jaylisa and may I personally extend a Warm Welcome to the Samsung Community Forum. 

Is this issue happening everywhere or in a particular place ? Could be mast congestion or mast issues if in a particular area. 

To see if it's the phone then if you can try another networks sim card in your phone and see what happens. 

You can also reset network settings via Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset Network Connections then Try a forced reboot by holding down the volume down key and power button simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it. When your phone resets, you will feel it vibrate.

There is also a diagnostic test tool found in your Samsung Members App. 

A Samsung Service Centre can assess your phone if necessary   https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/repair/
