Hello!
I just purchased a new S21 Ultra (unlocked) from Amaz*n and straight out of the box it has 0% battery charge. All of my previous new phones had an initial charge of 40-70% and could be set up & used right away, but those were all purchased at a local store (either Verizon or Best Buy).
Do unlocked phones typically have 0% battery when they're new, or is this a sign of a problem? I've had this phone on a Samsung Fast Charger for about 45 minutes and it's only at 21% charge.
Thanks in advance for any help you can offer!

I buy all my phone's direct from Samsung and everyone has had some form of charge in the battery.
What's your phone like now ?
Daily Driver > Samsung Galaxy s²⁵ Ultra 512Gb ~ Titanium Black.
The advice I offer is my own and does not represent Samsung’s position.
