@Lauraee: If you have access to a home computer, and you're using the USB cable that came packaged with the phone, please try connecting your S21 via USB, leave it for 5-10 minutes, then check the screen to see if the charging indicator is visible. While connected, please can you also try pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down buttons together for around 10 seconds to see if this helps. You should also try another compatible charger, if possible, to eliminate the possibility that the issue is charger related.
If the device remains unresponsive, then please head to samsung.com > Scroll to the bottom of the screen > Contact us, and get in touch via your preferred contact method, and an advisor will be able to assist you further, and arrange an engineers inspection.
