it started a few hours ago, i opened up wattpad and it kept kicking me out, also happening with tumblr, tiktok and email ive tried clearing the app cache and data but it dosent seem to be working, ive updated the apps and re installed them, any fixes?

This problem just started yesterday, I'm not sure if phone did any update but i went to send a text and my text message app kept closing. I could view my list of texts but when tapped on any to respond, app closed. Various other apps would close too as I got notifications saying Google and Yahoo mail closed, Bixby, and a few others I don't recall.
For context I just got a new S9. Would like to ensure this is not an issue with the phone itself, as would need to return to seller. If it's a software issue, hopefully someone can figure out the solution.
Please advise.
