Mobile data for system updates? Not wifi.

I have a galaxy 10+ and I just upgrade to the unlimited top plan with Verizon prepaid. I do not have wifi. I need to know how to be able to do my system update on mobile data. I've been told it is possible but I have not found a way to do it that works. I dont know what else to do. Im a bit irritated to pay as much as I do and not be able to do the simplest of things. Please help!

It should just work, go in to Settings and Software Update and hit Check for Update. I don't know why you posted the screenshot you did, its irrelevant to your question.
