@Jodugar Have you spoken to your network provider? If not, I'd recommend contacting them to see if there are any restrictions or blocks on your account preventing this.
You can reset your network settings. Please note that this will delete any Wi-Fi passwords and Bluetooth paired devices. To do this, please do the following:
1. From the home screen, either swipe up or down to access apps.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select General management.
4. Select Reset.
5. Select Reset network settings.
6. Select Reset settings.
7. Select Reset.

@Jodugar That is the best idea, this helps rule out any restrictions on your network side. In the meantime, you can perform a Soft reset of your phone by pressing and holding the Power and Volume Down buttons together for around 10 seconds.
Does this happen everywhere or in certain locations? I'd recommend asking your network provider if there is any issues with the network in the area that could be affecting this.

Please try turning your Wi-Fi off then turn your phone off. To turn your Wi-Fi off, please do the following:
Settings > Connections > Wi-Fi > Select the toggle next to Wi-Fi to enable/disable this. Once you have done that, please turn your phone off, then turn your phone back on.
Then take your SIM out, give the gold contacts a rub and put it back into this device. Please note: this will end any current calls. Wait for a few seconds for the mobile data connection to be set up. You should be able to see the available connection at the top of your screen.
