I transferred everything from my S9 to my new S10 and my email folders didnt show.

I deleted and reinstalled the email app and some of my email folders are still missing.

The ones showing are empty so I cannot accesa saved emails?

I realise the post is  3+ years old , advice is still valid. It worked a treat for me.

Thank you for the advice.

Glad to hear that helped. That was many moons ago. A more recent problem I had was that emails in my Samsung email INBOX would remain long after they had been deleted in my S21 when I had deleted them from the other email programs I use on my PC. This had lead to my installing Bluemail on my S21 and largely moving over to it. I really like the picture resizing element of Samsung email though so was still using it for emailing pictures.

Anyways, just a couple days back, I resolved this problem and the solution was to change the sync setting from "Auto (when received)" to "Every 15 minutes".

I finally figured this out after months of having to use BlueMail as my primary email app on my S21.
