Emails in created folders disappear

Hi, I had important emails stored in several created folders. When I went into them, they appeared briefly the disappeared. I've tried to alter the sync settings to be on All Time, but they still missing. I've rebooted the phone, no different. HELP please!!

Within the folders pull up from the bottom on your display to see if this pulls the emails from your servers @Fruitbat2023 

Also log into your email via your email login page via your url browser to see if your emails are still available that way.
