My intuition tells me this glitch is with the Adaptive Display feature.
I'm using the Samsung Good Lock customization suite (Home Up / Task Changer / Slim List) and on occasion, the icon and description of the apps running in the background (my Recents), don't appear correctly or are not aligned with their respective bar.
If I exit Recents and return, it usually returns to normal.
I'll include some screen shots.
My display is set to WQHD+ (3200 x 1440) with Motion Smoothness set to Adaptive.
S21 Ultra 256GB
Android 11, One UI 3.1This is how it should look.

Hey @davehorne ,
thanks for bringing this to the Community's attention. Is this happening every time that you use this? Would you be able to report this to our developers from Samsung Members> Get help> Error Reports> Symptoms? Remember to report this 5 minutes after the issue happens so the app can capture the right phone logs and attach the picture displaying what is happening using the clip icon that you will see on the Symptom screen.

No, it's not happening every time, just occasionally.
Also, I am making the assumption that this issue, a very minor issue, is related to Motion Smoothness \ Adaptive.

I'm curious, am I the only one having this minor issue? I encounter this issue several times a day, reloading the page always solves this issue.

Since the 11 August 2021 update this minor video glitch has apparently been addressed.
I appreciate that Samsung listens to their customers and acts upon their complaints / suggestions.
EDIT - I wrote too soon, the minor video glitch has reared its ugly head.
Oh, well ... my apologies.

An update ... of sorts. There was an update today, 25 August 2021, and the problem with this video display still persists.
Am I the only one with this issue?

I still have this video glitch.
I'll post a screenshot.
