I've had a look but there doesn't seem to be an option to turn off those indications. It's a part of the Google software with enhanced security software, and not something that Samsung is responsible for. So unless Google give the option to turn off those indications. It looks like something you have to accept.
Personally I find it a very handy feature to have. As some apps you wouldn't realise they are using things like the microphone
