Hello

I have difficulties to login to the application FIFA World Cup 22 Mobile tickets

The message that I receive is when signing in:
"Thank you for your patience, we are trying to log out from your previous device, please wait"
 
After that I receive a screen telling me "Log in not possible, please log out from your current session in order to log in again in a different device"
 
But I don't have another device... 😞
Application is up-to-date, I already deleted and reinstalled several times. 
I also did several phone reboots.
 
What can I do more?

@GDB13, You should contact with app developer as this is not phone software related problem. You can use below email for contact

officialapp@fifa.org

Judging by the app reviews another users also have same problem

Hi Guy, did you get anywhere with this? I called the international number this morning but get stuck in a loop within the automated menus. Couldn't get through to speak to a human being

1 year later I have the exact same problem with the women's world cup.

How did you resolve this?

It is impossible to talk to a human at Fifa

I raised a ticket via the website and they sorted it out within a week or so
