My Samsung galaxy s20+ 5G just crashes and switches on & off spontaneously, this is the 3rd time of it happening in just 1 week, when ever it happens audios and videos can no longer work, it's been over 48hrs since the recent one of it happened and still hasn't been corrected, i have restarted my device severally, tried safe mode also. The only video that even plays is YouTube, and it plays with no sound, and i notice a green color glitch before any video starts. I can't even make calls, make a video, screen record, record or listen to audio, and can't play videos on whatsapp or even from my downloads. I tried Samsung diagnostic, and when it gets to the audio test part, the app crashes, saying it stopped. What do I do?

clearing the cache partition can help with crashes/lags as some temporary cache files can become outmoded or in some cases corrupt.
Follow these steps:
1. Turn off the device.
2. Connect To Computer , other Device or TV USB, Press and hold the Volume Up key and then press and hold the Power key
3. When the Android logo displays, release both keys.
4. Wait until the Android system recovery menu options appear.
5. Press the Volume down key several times to highlight wipe cache partition.
6. Press Power key to select.
7. Press the Volume down key to highlight yes, them and press the Power key to select.
8. When the wipe cache partition is complete, Reboot system now is highlighted.
9. Press the Power key to restart the device.
if does not fix it whilst can be a bit of a hassle may be asdvisabvle to try a Factory Reset after backing up.
