How to change the photo and video camera resolutions on the S20 FE?

Due to photos and videos file sizes being too large for my requirements, I need to reduce the photo and video resolutions however can't see anywhere under camera settings. How do I change the photo and video camera resolutions?
Software:  Android 11, One UI version 3.1

in video mode you will have something next to the aspect ration, like 'HD' ,when you tap on that you can change aspect ratio, and if you see in video mode the 'HD' icon, then you can choose video resolution;

names on the icons will change and show the current setting
