Hi,
when was ur purchase date. Some people get their buds with the phone. I purchased mine 28th January and it came with my phone. I didn't have to claim it. U will usually find it in the members app once u get ur new phone.

can you claim it in the membership app on your old phone? reasons for asking is exclusive colour can take weeks to arrive...
