Google photos back to gallery

Hi does anybody know how to move my photos out of Google photos back to my phone gallery? I moved them all by accident 😭

I use this file manager to move files.

Open Google Photos. Tap on a photo and tap the 3 dots in top rh corner. Tap download. Once done, then open Samsung Gallery and you should see a new album called 'Restored'. In there you should find the photo.

Somebody has told me how to do it without an additional app, this is the problem with these phones, the storage and I just can't have anymore apps apparently as my storage full! It's driving me insane, but thank you again

Google photos has a setting where in it will delete your phone photos once they are uploaded.

Turn this setting off and the photos will remain on your phone as well as uploaded to Google photos.

I'm not sure if it's a photo setting or Google one setting.
