Hi since yesterday my phone suddenly started turning off and then freezing, stuck on a screen with just Samsung displayed. I have to do a hard restart to get it started again. It stays on, but is slow and nothing works well for a minute or so and then turns off again and tries to restart, but gets stuck again on the Samsung screen. The same thing happens in safe mode. I have also started in recovery mode, cleared the cache and repaired apps, no improvement. So phone is no virtually useless. It won’t stay on long enough to do a back up and I’m reluctant to do a factory reset. Other info, I had it repaired recently with new usb port and new battery, but the battery was still showing poor function on the Samsung members App, not sure if that has anything to do with it. I did a factory reset as advised by Samsung , but that didnt fix that problem. That was about a month before the current problems started. any suggestions?
