Doesn't mean it won't break before then. Samsung is being optimistic I think when you think about the z folds and flips always having problems with the screen and hinge.

Well, my A series Samsung is almost 4 years old, and works and charges as well as the day I bought it.

I'm with @keith30 on this. Tech is moving so fast that I also believe some components won't work in 7 years time.

Be interesting to see how Samsung try to wriggle out of repairs...... things like a tone scratch on the box and not in the device lol
