I am having trouble accessing my email and it's not allowing me to send messages.

I have the Samsung app but my emails come though from Virgin Media regardless of it being a samsung app, I also use Google Gmail too for email messages and Chat messages as Google no longer supports Hangouts app.

Do check your email settings and reboot your phone by turning it off and on,

Are you able to send emails if you log into your email provider via your url browser  ?

If you can then on your phone go into settings,  account and backup, manage accounts ,tap on the email address and tap on remove account and then go through the process to re add the email account.

Google email has taken over my main Samsung accounts and my Hotmail its acting as if I'm still on my iPhone sometimes and makes my passwords wrong so that I can't get into some of my Hotmail accounts I always used my phone seems to be running on Google not samsung and I'm not very technical eg what's my browser, now Microsoft is sending me messages telling me to sign in I'm lost
